Project SEL (Social and Emotional Learning)

The Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) Program by the Institute of Livelihood Skills for Empowerment and Management (ILSEM) is a transformative initiative designed to empower students aged 10-17 with essential life skills and emotional intelligence. Through structured, interactive sessions held twice a month over a 10-month academic year, the program focuses on fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, effective communication, and resilience. Tailored to different age groups, it addresses critical areas such as stress management, peer pressure, financial literacy, time management, empathy, and social responsibility. Using experiential learning, role-playing, and reflective activities, the program equips students with practical tools to navigate personal, academic, and future professional challenges. By emphasizing skills like leadership, conflict resolution, and ethical decision-making, the SEL Project aims to prepare students for holistic success, helping them build confidence, adaptability, and a strong sense of purpose in an ever-changing world
